SPECIAL PROGRAMS FOR ASD/ADHD CHILDREN
HHHM is dedicated to helping people of all ages, especially our children. We offer functional academics, behavior learning environments, and support for nonverbal children. Our goal is to encourage adaptive behaviors and create a safe learning environment in and outside the classroom.
Functional Academics
Through in person application of academic skills, students practice learning in and outside the classroom with vocational and community opportunities alongside those equally abled and otherwise.
Academic and Behavior Learning Environment (ABLES)
Specializing in behavioral challenges and employing teachers and behavioral specialists, HHHM uses a multi-disciplinary approach to encourage adaptive behaviors, based on theories of Applied Behavior Analysis.
Total Communications
For nonverbal students, HHHM uses STARS (Structured Teaching Approach for Readiness Skills). We also integrate speech and language pathologists in our practice.
